Where the hell do i get replacement erasers? If I can’t get them it will be the last time I ever buy any of your products. I will badmouth your products every chance I get.

As everyone that has left reviews, Zebra did not answer the question about replacement erasers. However you did state Zebra “prides itself on high quality standards”. If this is true why have you not answered the question about eraser refills? I too will be emailing customer service to see if they have made them by now or they can now be obtained from Zebra. They are not available at Office Depot or Office Max.

I’ve read the reviews and most are about extra erasers…my issue is with the lead…I purchased an 18 pack 0.7mm Z Grip #2 lead pencils for my grandchildren to use in school – when I reviewed their writing using the pencils, the image of the writing was as if it was written by using a washed out very very very light grey in color lead pencil and I had an extremely difficult time making out the words – it is not the pressure used in writing as I watched them writing and they were applying the same pressure as if by writing with a pen – what is up with the density of the lead????? what good are pencils that when used in writing can’t be read????

Really like the pencil and how it writes. Have not had a problem with lead nor silver tip breakage, but I have a ‘light’ hand. Where are the erasers?

Here it is Feb 2018 and these pens have the same problems: metal tip drops off making the pen useless and there are no replacement erasers. So, when the tip breaks or the eraser wears out, the pen goes into the trash. Am already trying a Rotring mech pencil which is excellent and has replacement eraseres available.

Same issue with erasers for the Z-Grip 7mm pencil. They are no where to be found. Very popular in our office, but will have to stock a different pencil if the erasers are that difficult to get.

I purchased 3 24 packs because I like the feel of the pencil. However, of the first 12 pencils the metal point that holds the lead breaks on me. It is obviously designed wrong (meaning the metal tip goes out too far and can’t take the stress.)

I love Zebra products and the feel of this pencil, but I don’t have to worry about replacement erasers because I have to throw the pen in the trash before I use it up. As so many have stated before, the silver tip falls out and the lead breaks. I don’t think I have finished one lead in the pen before throwing it away. I understand it is an inexpensive pen, but the quality is pour. Thought I was buying something of quality from Zebra and could save some money in the process but his has cost me far more having to replace them all.

Metal tips break off making the mechanical pencils making them totally useless. Don’t waste your time or money on these pencils.

I love the pens. Especially the ones with the lightly colored barrels that match the ink color. I have so many of them. So, I was really in love with the mechanical pencils that match up with the corresponding pen colors. Only problem, the silver tip falls out after a little usage. Has that problem been fixed?

Bought a 10 pack of these. Metal tip keeps falling out of 3 out of 6 I’ve used out of the 10 pack…a 50% failure rate. Called Zebra CS, told me to mail the pencils back for replacement. Asked if they could send me a coupon or something. They said that they could issue me a coupon code for 50% off a new pack…why would I keep buying these with a known issue. Just by reading these reviews, It’s a known and frequent issue. I’ll return to Staples so they could send their junk back to them. Awful CS by Zebra.

I had high hopes for these but the metal tip keeps falling out when the eraser isn’t falling out. I saved a few dollars but, in the end, it wasn’t worth it.

I am also frustrated with the erasers . . . they’re an odd size, fall out, then the lead falls out. Poor design!

I agree completely with “fixit”. The pencil is a great value, but I can’t find an eraser refill.

This is a very good pencil. My only complaint is that it’s eraser is a unique size and replacements do not seem to be available.
