Zebra Pen Corp. offers a limited lifetime warranty and guarantees the performance of our writing instruments. If it fails to perform properly, please contact us for repair or replacement. This warranty is void in the event of abuse, or physical damage unrelated to the purchase and/or function of the pen. Service is subject to our discretion.
