This highlighter pen is excellent. The ink flows smoothly and evenly, and lasts a long time. When choosing, however, I learned that the “violet/purple” color on the Zebra site is actually “orchid,” a pinkish color with a violet undertone, not the purple color shown. Thankfully, the pens were on sale, so I ordered the “violet,” and am pleased with the color. I’ll use my orchid pens for a different project. The website for this really should be corrected.

i bought the 5 pen set made in Japan over ten years ago and i am still using them, wonderful product. why would you change it? i will not be buying the made in china new version, getting terrible reviews. sorry i didnt buy ten packs ten years ago. who knew? thanks for the memories!

Best highlighter brand ever!!! Bought some in highschool used the last drop when I was in my late 20s…they Never dry out…no waste. Best color selection yet, and I wish there were more colors. My favorite are red, green, and light orange, that’s how old school mine are. Till the last drop should be their slogan. I wish they sold packs of five in one shade because I have to miser certain colors. Suggestion…fine glitter would am it up a notch for creative purposes. Love zazzle since 1996/97…and the old barrels. Thanks zebra!!!

@Jay I agree. These newer ones do not flouresce the way they used to. My old (at least ten years now) Orange and Light Green pens are running really low, but they are my favorite versions of these two colors, at least in the realm of highlighters. The new orange one is *almost* as good, but the green one here is only about a third the brightness of the way they used to make it.
Even still, the new inferior versions remain the best brand of their colors compared to competitors.

I love these highlighters! Ive been using them for many years. Started using them with my Daytimer and now I use them every day for Journaling & all creative paper projects. Wish there were ore colors like Teal, Orange, Lime, & then some!
