Zebra Pen Wins Davey Awards

Edison, NJ November 15, 2017— Zebra Pen US is pleased to announce that its Find Zen Campaign and Steel Campaign both won Silver in the 13th Annual Davey Awards.

The Davey Awards are the first major awards competition that honor small agencies for their ability to create big, strategic ideas. The entries are judged and sanctioned by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, a body consisting of the top professionals from the fields of marketing, advertising, and media.

Members include professionals from Code and Theory, Condé Nast, Disney, GE, Keller Crescent, Microsoft, Monster.com, MTV, Push., Publicis, Sesame Workshops, The Marketing Store, Your Majesty, Yahoo! and more. This year, the competition received nearly 4,000 entries from the US and around the world.

The Zebra Find Zen Campaign won Silver in the Integrated Campaign category. This campaign featured a product videos, monthly social media headers, trade advertising, a back to school rebate program and full page national FSI, microsite, online ads, merchandising, and social media posts. The campaign helped to increase sales in store as well as increase brand awareness while leveraging Zebra’s wise and engaging spokes-animal, Zen.

The Steel Campaign also won Silver in the Integrated Campaign category. This campaign includes Zebra’s first national radio campaign with ESPN radio, reaching 300 stations nationwide. The Steel campaign was supported through key radio programs such as “Mike & Mike,” “Dan Le Batard Show”, “Ryen Russillo Show”, and “College GameDay,” as well as social media posts and a promotional website landing page. Zebra’s Steel campaign has continued to build brand awareness, sales and social media engagement surrounding the Steel brand.
